Zenbooker Review (2026): Pricing, Ratings, and Who Should Buy It
Zenbooker review (2026): $29/mo with unlimited users, 4.0/5 on Capterra. Great online booking for fixed-price services, weak on speed, support, and QuickBooks.

Zenbooker is online booking software for home service businesses. Customers pick a service, see the price, and book a time slot from your website, and the job lands on a dispatch board.
It costs $29 a month for two service territories with unlimited team members, and it is rated 4.0 out of 5 on Capterra from 18 reviews.
That rating tells the story. The booking flow is well liked and the price is low. The complaints are slow page loads, slow support, and a field app that is a browser tab.
All prices and ratings below were checked on September 24, 2026.
Key takeaways
- Zenbooker costs $29 a month (Standard, 2 service territories), $79 (Professional, 8), $149 (Enterprise, 36), or $259 (National, 96). Every plan includes unlimited bookings and unlimited team accounts, month-to-month, with a 14-day trial and no card required.
- It is rated 4.0/5 on Capterra (18 reviews, updated September 15, 2026): ease of use 4.3, features 4.2, value 4.0, customer service 3.5.
- It is a booking and dispatch layer with invoicing through Stripe. There is no native mobile app, no QuickBooks sync, and no phone support.
- Buy it if you sell fixed-price services online (cleaning, junk removal, detailing, HVAC tune-ups). Skip it if your work needs on-site quoting or accounting sync; Jobber or Housecall Pro fit better.
What is Zenbooker used for?
Zenbooker is used to let customers book and pay for home services online without a phone call. You publish a booking page or embed a widget, list services with prices, and set the areas and hours you serve.
The customer picks a slot, enters a card, and the job appears on your schedule.
The company’s site lists auto detailing, appliance repair, junk removal, home cleaning, HVAC, carpet cleaning, and mobile phone repair as target industries (zenbooker.com, retrieved September 24, 2026). The common thread is fixed-price, bookable services where the customer can self-select.
It also includes a customer database, email and SMS reminders, en-route texts, a dispatch board for assigning jobs to providers, and a website builder with hosting. Payments and invoicing run through Stripe.
It stops short of a full field service platform. There is no technician-side quoting on site (Professional’s bookable estimates are quotes you send for the customer to book), no inventory, no QuickBooks integration, and no native app.
If your jobs start with a technician diagnosing the problem, read our Housecall Pro review or Jobber review first.
How much does Zenbooker cost?
Zenbooker costs $29 a month on the Standard plan, $79 on Professional, $149 on Enterprise, and $259 on National, per its pricing page on September 24, 2026.
Plans differ mainly by the number of service territories, which are geographic areas with their own hours, team, services, and prices.
Every plan includes unlimited bookings and unlimited team member accounts. That is unusual: Jobber and Housecall Pro both price by user tier.
A five-person cleaning crew on Zenbooker Standard pays $29; the same crew on Jobber Connect pays $149 a month billed annually ($105 for the first year on Jobber’s current promotion, which ends September 30, 2026).
| Plan | Price per month | Service territories | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $29 | 2 | Booking page and widgets, quote requests, recurring bookings, coupons, Stripe payments and invoicing, CRM, reminders, dispatch, field web app, webhooks, website builder |
| Professional | $79 | 8 | Bookable estimates, price rules by location and time, API access (beta), white-label emails, remove Zenbooker branding |
| Enterprise | $149 | 36 | Drive-time aware availability, drive-time auto-assign, limits on drive time and distance between jobs |
| National | $259 | 96 | Everything in Enterprise for franchises and regional operators |
Source: zenbooker.com/pricing, retrieved September 24, 2026. All plans are month-to-month with no contract, and the 14-day trial includes every feature without a card.
Two costs sit outside the sticker. Card processing goes through Stripe at Stripe’s rates, and the website builder’s AI features spend monthly credits, with top-ups sold separately. Neither is priced on the pricing page.
Whether the low price is a bargain depends on what you already pay for. A solo operator on Zenbooker Standard plus Stripe has booking, reminders, and invoicing for $29. A shop that also needs accounting sync will end up paying for a second tool.
What do Zenbooker reviews say?
Zenbooker is rated 4.0 out of 5 on Capterra from 18 reviews, last updated September 15, 2026. Software Advice, which shares Capterra’s review pool (both have been owned by G2 since February 2026), shows the same 4.0 from 18.
G2 lists a single 5.0 review, too few to mean anything.
The sub-scores split cleanly. Ease of use is 4.3 and features 4.2, both solid for a $29 product. Value for money is 4.0. Customer service is 3.5, the lowest score, and it is the theme of nearly every negative review.
The distribution is 8 five-star, 6 four-star, 1 three-star, 2 two-star, and 1 one-star review. The praise repeats the same points: customers book themselves by address, ETA notifications, an attractive interface, and the price.
The complaints repeat too. Reviewers describe slow page loads that make customers think the booking page is broken, support that answers by email only and slowly, and a mobile experience that is a browser link with limited features.
One May 2026 reviewer who booked more than 300 appointments the previous year said a change to the distance rules between jobs had stopped working for them.
Several reviewers describe Zenbooker as a small or one-person operation. We could not verify headcount from the company’s site, which does not name its founders or state a customer count, so treat that as reviewer perception rather than fact.
What does Zenbooker do well?
Three things stand out:
- the customer-facing booking flow
- territory-based pricing and availability
- the per-company price
Booking that shows the real price
Service options and price modifiers let a customer configure a job, see the total, and pay a deposit before anyone calls back.
Recurring bookings, coupons, and cancellation or rescheduling by the customer are included on every plan. For fixed-price services this removes the phone tag that costs small shops jobs.
Territories with their own rules
Each service territory gets its own hours, team, services, and prices, and Professional adds price rules by location, day, and lead time.
Enterprise adds drive-time aware availability, so the booking page only offers slots a provider can actually reach. That is a feature most $29 booking tools do not have.
Unlimited users
Adding a fifth or fifteenth provider costs nothing. On Jobber the same growth adds $29 per extra user every month (getjobber.com/pricing, September 24, 2026). For labor-heavy services like cleaning and junk removal, that is the strongest argument for Zenbooker.
Where does Zenbooker fall short?
The gaps are:
- speed
- support
- the field app
- accounting
Speed comes up in reviews from 2021 through 2025, which suggests it is structural. A booking page that loads slowly loses the customer it was built to catch.
Support runs through a contact form and email. No phone number is published, reviewers say there is no one to call, and the 3.5 service score reflects response times.
The field experience is a mobile web app. Providers open a link, see assigned jobs, and mark them en route or complete.
Android users can install it from the browser and iOS users can add it to the home screen for push notifications, but it is not a store app and one reviewer says setup has to be done on desktop.
Accounting is the last gap. The only integration listed is Stripe. There is no QuickBooks sync, no Zapier listing on the features page, and the API is in beta on Professional and above. Webhooks exist for developers, which does not help a shop without one.
A shop that needs accounting sync and projects in one tool should read our FieldPulse review.
Zenbooker vs Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro is the better field service platform and Zenbooker is the cheaper booking front end.
Housecall Pro Basic is $59 a month billed annually for one user, with on-site estimates, a price book, a native app, and QuickBooks sync (see our Housecall Pro review), and it is rated 4.7/5 across 2,747 Capterra reviews.
Zenbooker Standard is $29 for unlimited users, with a stronger self-serve booking page and territory logic but none of the field tools above.
| Zenbooker vs Housecall Pro | Zenbooker Standard | Housecall Pro Basic |
|---|---|---|
| Price per month | $29, month-to-month | $59 billed annually |
| Users included | Unlimited | 1 |
| On-site estimates and price book | No | Yes |
| Technician app | Mobile web app | Native iOS and Android app |
| QuickBooks sync | No | Yes |
| Capterra rating | 4.0/5 from 18 reviews | 4.7/5 from 2,747 reviews |

The choice comes down to how the job starts: if the customer can price it themselves online, Zenbooker is enough; if a technician has to quote it, Housecall Pro.

Is Zenbooker good for small businesses?
Yes, for a specific kind of small business: one that sells fixed-price services online and wants booking, reminders, and card payments for $29 a month without per-user fees. A solo cleaner, a two-truck junk removal outfit, or a mobile detailer fits that profile.
It is a poor fit for a small plumbing or HVAC repair shop, where most jobs need a diagnosis before a price and the office wants invoices in QuickBooks. That shop will outgrow Zenbooker in months and pay to migrate.
Who should buy Zenbooker?
Buy it if your services have a menu price, your customers are comfortable booking online, and you have several providers to schedule. The unlimited-user pricing and territory rules are built for that business.
Skip it if you need on-site quoting, QuickBooks, phone support, or a store-quality technician app. Put the money toward Jobber at $29 a month billed annually for one user, or Housecall Pro at $59, both verified September 24, 2026.

Zenbooker FAQ
Does Zenbooker charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team member accounts and unlimited bookings, per zenbooker.com on September 24, 2026. Price rises only with the number of service territories, from two on Standard ($29) to 96 on National ($259).
Does Zenbooker have a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day free trial with every feature included and no credit card, but after that the cheapest plan is $29 a month.
Does Zenbooker have a mobile app?
Not a store app. Providers use a mobile web app that can be installed from the browser on Android or added to the home screen on iOS. One reviewer says account setup and most admin work has to be done on a desktop.
Does Zenbooker integrate with QuickBooks or Zapier?
Neither is listed on the pricing or features pages as of September 24, 2026. The only named integration is Stripe for payments. Webhooks are available on every plan and an API is in beta on Professional and above, so a developer can connect other tools.
What is the difference between Zenbooker and Jobber?
Jobber is a full field service platform with quoting, invoicing, a native app, and QuickBooks sync from its Connect plan, priced by user tier from $29 a month billed annually for one user.
Zenbooker is a booking and dispatch tool priced per company from $29 with unlimited users. Jobber runs the whole job; Zenbooker sells and schedules it.
What is a service territory in Zenbooker?
A geographic area with its own availability, team, services, and pricing. Standard includes two, Professional eight, Enterprise thirty-six, and National ninety-six. A single-city business rarely needs more than the two on Standard.
The verdict
Zenbooker is a good $29 booking engine with a real weakness in speed and support. Its 4.0 on Capterra is fair: the product does what it promises for fixed-price services, and the unlimited-user model is a genuine saving for crews.
But a booking page that loads slowly and a company that answers only by email are risks for a business that depends on both.
Take the 14-day trial, load the booking page on a phone over cellular data, and send a support ticket on day one. Those two tests will tell you more than any review.
How we compiled this review
We verified every price and plan feature on zenbooker.com/pricing and zenbooker.com/features, and every rating on Capterra, Software Advice, and G2, on September 24, 2026.
