Affiliate Disclosure
How FieldCompare makes money — and why it never changes our verdicts.
Last updated: June 28, 2026.
FieldCompare is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you click through and start a trial or subscription — at no extra cost to you.
How we make money
We earn in two ways: affiliate commissions from software vendors when you sign up through our links, and display advertising (including Google AdSense). This is how we keep every review free to read.
How this affects our reviews
It doesn't. We test and score every product the same way, and a vendor paying a higher commission never earns a higher ranking. We regularly recommend free tools and name products we think you should avoid — including ones we have no affiliate relationship with.
Which links are affiliate links
Assume any outbound link to a software vendor may be an affiliate link. Where relevant, individual reviews also carry a disclosure near the top.
